This is to ensure we are on the same page before any of your time is taken up to just to get an idea of what it might cost to complete your job. Please note that this guide is based on averages and does not take in to consideration the specifics of your property - that is all confirmed at the inspection stage.
Once the inspection appointment is complete, you are provided with a finalised fixed quote to give you the peace of mind that there will be no "bill shock" affecting your finances.
GUTTER CLEANING PRICING
Gutter cleaning pricing is in the range of $4-$9 per lineal metre and is determined by factors such as build-up of debris, height, accessibility, type of gutters (ie; brackets over the top, width, presence of gutter guard etc.) and additional buildings with guttering such as sheds, car ports, granny flats.
To calculate your own estimate, use the approximate lineal metres of gutters on your property then multiple that by $6.50 (average between $4 and $9) or, send us your address and we can use satellite imagery to measure for you.
When requesting a quote, if you can provide your address, this will allow us to measure your gutters using satellite imagery for a more accurate estimate. If you are satisfied with that, an inspection appointment will be made to confirm the above listed factors and provide you with a finalised fixed quote.
WINDOW CLEANING PRICING
Window cleaning pricing is in the range of $5-10 per pane which is determined bye the size of panes, type of windows, condition of windows (build up of residue, grime, insects etc.) condition of window frames and tracks, number of stories and location of windows, accessibility.
To get an estimate, if you can count and advise the number of panes you have and a description of their condition, this will allow for a more accurate estimate which would be confirmed at the inspection appointment
SOLAR PANEL CLEANING PRICING
Solar panel cleaning is in the range of $10-$30 per panel and is calculated based on factors such as accessibility, condition of panels, presence of lichen and build up of dirt and grime.
EXTERNAL CLEANING PRICING
External cleaning of exterior walls, footpaths, driveways and other hard surfaces is determined by the square metres requiring cleaning, type of cladding/surface, condition, accessibility and other considerations.
Pricing for these services is $1.50 - $5 per square metre.
